We do not require a deposit upon booking your wedding, but we do require full payment before your flowers leave our shop. Most bridal parties wait until the day before the wedding to settle the account. And we support this, as there always tends to be a few last-minute additions to the order. A deposit is required on any rental or loan-rental ("lental") items, e.g. candelabra, tablecentre vases, etc., and will be refunded once the items are returned in good condition. We accept cash, cheque, VISA™, MasterCard™ and Interac™,
If any rental items are damaged or lost, we will ask to be reimbursed (at near-wholesale cost) so that they can be quickly replaced for use by others. We understand that these things are sometimes unavoidable!
